This business was formerly known as Pioneer Carpet cleaners in Ames, IA. I needed two rooms, two sets of stairs and a hall steam cleaned. Alana arrived punctual, sincere, courteous, genuinely respectful and did a conscientious, careful job. I have had other carpet steam companies, and Alana did the BEST job. I will ask for her again.
