I needed to replace a pedestal sink. Their technician Caden identified the problem with the existing sink, which could not be corrected, referred me to a supplier where we ordered a replacement, and did the new installation. Staff at the supplier were very helpful as well. The sink was delivered right to C & K. Turnaround was timely. Caden did a great job with the install, taking care not to damage the wall. There was no charge until after the install. A great experience with this company.
I called C and K to assess the damages of my water heaters and furnace. Wes was the plumber assigned. Wes called me once he was on his way , and gave me an ETA. All my appliances, heater, 2 water heaters, washer , and dryer were damaged due to the city’s drain system backing up during flash flooding. Wes is very knowledgeable about water heaters. He worked on 2 water heaters for me. He took them apart , and with much effort, he was able to get mine lit without exchanging any parts. his stuff he explained to me what the problem was. And gave me some suggestions on what could be done.
