He took care of our yellow jacket problem, and persisted when his first treatment didn't work. I also appreciated that he informed us that he couldn't do anything about the rusty patch bumblebees because they are an endangered species.

Erik was great from the first email to when the job was done! He was able to come the same day we contacted him, give an inspection, a reasonable quote, and treat the problem. We had wasps getting into our attic, and then coming though our exhaust fan into the house. He did a great job of finding their entry point, treating the problem both inside and out by applying residual products. He also recommended some fixes to help prevent the wasps from entering our attic again. Highly recommend!Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

I was pulling my hair out looking for pest company in Ames and came across this Company and I emailed them, Erik replied and I sat up a time for him to come by. Wowozer Erik is so nice! Explained things very well and he sent me the info in writing as well.
