Highly recommend Ruthann! I have been going in person for individual trauma therapy yoga since March 2023. The changes I have experienced with simply learning how to breath have been amazing, and the various breathing techniques have been helpful tools for my healing journey. Her kindness, compassion, and her overall welcoming demeanor is much appreciated.
