We worked with Raechel, who was our new client consultant as we were trying to have my dad's apartment cleaned after he passed.Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel service due to a black mold problem with the vents in the apartment. Although we didn't end up going through with pHClean (we ran out of time and opted to forfeit our deposit) Raechel was courteous, sympathetic, and understanding about our situation.We will definitely be coming back to them in the future when we move again. PhClean has been helping us out for awhile now and we are so happy with the service. We have had a few different people clean our home but Julieta has been our favorite so far. She is nice, professional, and detail oriented. She does a thorough job with cleaning and always sets our children's stuffed animals up to look like they're snuggling in the bed and it feels so special.
