I’ve known about the AfrikanHairGod from many years ago on YouTube before he became a cosmetologist. I was on the search for a natural hair salon that met my hair philosophy. When I read another influencer recommend Narada as one who advocated healthy hair, old fashioned grease and trims designed to remove damage and restore hair health, I knew he was my guy. Hubby and I drove the 6+ hours from Florida to my appointment and have not regretted any of the process. We were warmly received by him and Henny. His treatment of my hair and styling was very thorough and gentle. He trimmed only what was needed, conditioned as needed and l left with a beautiful twist design that I proudly wear out. It’s my resolve to love and embrace my natural texture without wigs or silk press. Narada has put me on that road. Very pleased with my service and look forward to my annual follow up appointment.

Walked in on a Monday morning. Cute little shop (reminds me of the barber shop I used to get my haircut at as a kid 45 years ago. Was greeted kindly and was taken to seat almost immediately. Didn’t have an appointment and they accommodated me very professionally. This is the kind of place that you can look around inside and see that they know what they are doing. I can only assume that they have seen it all and cut it all. They cleaned me up real nice with a high fade and I’m feeling like myself again. Thank you Chuck Simon’s Barber Shop. Very welcoming staff, professional, and fast. Everyone inside was cool, the barbers really try to squeeze in walk ins to help you out even when you don't have an appointment. I saw how they were cutting everyone else's hair, which was sharp, clean, and they all take their time to give you a perfect cut. They also take the time to sanitize everything. Including the seats, the tools they use, the blades and everything. Brian cleaned up and faded the beard. He did a phenomenal job. Even used a hot towel and I never asked. He did the beard lining to precision, I couldn’t even feel the blade at all when he was sharpening the edges. That takes a sharp edge and some skill. A lot of other barbers you go to you will feel the blade. But getting your haircut here, the way they do it especially, is the best way. So if I ever do come by to this area for sure I would come get a full haircut!Highly reccomend 10/10Staff 10/10Experience 10/10

I normally go downtown to City Nail and get my nails done but this last time I wasn’t really happy with how my overlay on my natural nails looked. So I let it grow out and came here to get a fill in and a pedicure. I hadn’t been here since 2017 but I’m glad I came back. My nails look really good my feet look good as well. I came late evening after work but it was well worth it.

I'm not sure what some of the negative reviews were talking about because I had a wonderful experience here! I did a walk in mani/pedi just a few days before Thanksgiving and had no problem being serviced! They even worked on both my hands and feet at the same time so I was in and out rather quickly. LISA!! she was so sweet and friendly, she did a wonderful job on my nail design. It was a tiny bit costly but not too much for nowadays I guess. Will definitely be back!

My daughter was suffering from painful acne so a friend recommended Atlanta Acne Specialists. I knew Teri was a Decatur mom so I trusted that she would do her best to help us. I wanted a more natural solution rather than using the chemicals in Accutane - you have to sign some sort of waiver bc of its potency!
Our first appointment gave us so much information about her skin, and how products and diet can impact the health of your skin. They put my daughter on a skin regimen that has taught her the importance of taking care of her face. It seems like a lot of steps at first but it takes less than 2 minutes to complete the steps, and she will have a lifetime of success knowing what products to use.
Within the first few weeks we saw a difference in the health of her skin. And with each visit, her skin improved. After six months, her acne was barely noticeable and after a year her skin is so clear that she often gets compliments on it!

Needed a whole new water main after the freeze we had recently. It wasn't just the leak that caused the replacement, but very old lines that were probably done in the 60s. Who knows...the house was built in 1940 and the line was rusted out. Great communication, and very professional. Scott only uses copper pipes so top quality, too. Plus his price was more than fair. It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.

In addition to spotless cleaning, Lee strategically arranged things as she put them back, so there were simple systems to help us maintain order. We have two large dogs, three nearly grown kids, people at our house each week, and we work from home; frequent, frantic cleanings are the norm. Lee's excellent work left everything beautifully clean and sanitized, and her attention to detail made our space welcoming and peaceful.

I have been a patient at Blue Creek dental for about 10 years. They have been so kind and patient working with my anxiety around dental interventions. Each staff member is so caring! At every visit I am asked if I am comfortable throughout the procedure and they will pause when I need a moment. Dr Shaeffer is one in a million! He only recommends what needs to be done at the time rather than upselling- which is something I have experienced with other dentists. He treats my mouth with both care and an amazing skill set. With all of the work my mouth has needed over the years, I have never felt judged or rushed. Everything is done so meticulously. I always feel like I matter and that they want the best for my oral health.

I have been coming here for 18 years. Dr. Sherwood was Amazing and I refused to go anywhere else for my chiropractic needs. When she decided to sell the practice to Dr. Cohen she could not have made a better choice. Dr. Cohen and Dr. Minor are absolutely outstanding! I can’t say enough about our experience with Heron’s Crossing. We had to euthanize our 14 yr old cat. Dr. James explained in detail the entire process. He was very calming and caring. He is very knowledgeable about the medical side of this process which eased the difficulty of losing a pet. We feel blessed to have been able to let go of our precious baby at home, at our pace with a dedicated and gentle veterinarian. Highly recommend!

Avondale is simply the best. The veterinarians are top notch and they are very well connected with leading practices in UGA - including connections at UGA which is priceless. They and their staff always go the extra mile. The facility is amazing - clean, fresh, free coffee and an amazing office cat. They have helped me navigate some very complicated pet issues and having them in my corner is the ultimate peace of mind.

I brought my cat here for the first time recently. She is 16 years old, and has been to the vet many times throughout her life. As soon as I met Dr. Lloyd and our technician I knew something was different about them. They were so present with her, they did not rush, made her feel safe, and took the time to really be with her. Dr. Lloyd fully explained his thoughts about her condition and my options for diagnostics. They were not in a hurry, and I honestly have never had a vet spend so much time with my cat before. It makes me a bit emotional to know that someone could care about her as much as I do. My man said they spent more time us in the exam room than his doctor does with him. I had the best experience at Church St recently. My sweet elderly cat has asthma among many other problems and I had been looking for a new vet in the neighborhood. Upon entering the building I was greeted with friendly staff from everyone to the check in staff, techs... down to the doctor.
I was put in a room right away to alleviate any additional stress for my buddy which was really helpful!!! They took their time during the exam in making my cat feel comfortable and making the appointment a breeze for me too! I have been looking for a new vet since moving to the area and I have found it!! I Look forward to working with them to keep my furry friends happy and healthy!

This is our 5th veterinary clinic we tried within the metro Atlanta area and so far the best experience we had! The staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. Yesterday I treated myself to a COMBO MASSAGE Rejuvenate-Stress Release Massages 150-Min and Thai foot massage. I wanted to review today based on how I felt the day after. I do feel well rested. I just walked 40 mins and no pain in my feet. I usually wake up with pain in my feet and my lower back. Pierre was very polite, knowledgeable and the massage was awesome. A great way to relax before the new year.

Scott is incredible. I've gotten plenty of massages in the past where, yes it feels great, but it really isn't getting at the core of the issue. Scott takes the time to figure out your areas of concern and explains the potential causes and then works on them in a meticulous manner. It s different from a regular massage where it provides temporary relief... Scott's methods provide consistent and longer term relief. You leave both educated and with longer lasting pain relief. Highly recommend.

I enjoy acupuncture, cupping, nutrition consultations, etc. The focus at office of Medical Acupuncture & Nutrition- Dr. Yu Kang is a person's whole health, physical, mental & spiritual. She reviewed my labs and found something my GP never even mentioned to me so I can start to take action now. The western medical doctors focus on treating the disease, and doctor Kang helps me to maintain my health with natural remedies.

I enjoyed the class, it didn’t even feel like 6 hours and I learn new information I now use when driving. The instructor is funny and she makes it fun and interesting and also very serious when need to be.
We have used Just Drive Right twice now, with Jeanelle as our kids' instructor both times. She is an incredible teacher. She taught our eldest several years ago, and to this day, that one has had no traffic incidents whatsoever. The youngest just finished his course. He had never driven on a road before the first lesson, and Jeanelle had him on the highway during lesson 2! It's amazing how quickly they gain skills and confidence under her supervision. Now he's eager to practice whenever he can. We are very appreciative of Jeanelle and JDR.
