This was my first full real experience with Ms. Kariema, before was just a quick track tightening. However, I booked an online appointment for a sewin with an enclosure and a swoop. I was given my specified appointment time and paid in full online upfront. I’m not going to lie I arrived late because something unexpected happened with my child. It’s life. Out of my control. I got there as soon as I could, my stomach, and heart jumped out my body. Ms. Kariema said, “what time was your appointment, it’s passed that, your late, and I don’t do late”. I can’t make it up.
