I was traveling for a work trip and stopped into Haute Air twice. The first time for a blow out (which was amazing) and the second for a styling which came out so nice. I have larger temples and I have had previous haircuts from other places where my head looks big like a mushroom. Scott took time to understand my hair type and my head shape and my haircut compliments my head! I didn’t feel rushed at all. I felt more like a friend than a client! I recommended my wife and a friend of hers as well and they both had great experiences!

The receptionist, who went above and beyond, personally took the time to detangle and de-mat my sister’s hair. What might have seemed like a small act of service to some was truly something so much deeper she helped my sister feel cared for and seen in a moment when she needed it most. Sally listened to my concerns with my already thinned out eyebrows & she did a phenomenal job cleaning them up without making them thinner. She also pointed out the spaces where hair isn't growing in evenly & explained it may take a long time but eventually that will fill back in. I'll definitely be back to see her!

A neighbor referred Gary to us. When we reached out he talked us through some things to check before coming out. After about an hour or so, Gary called me back to see how the manual checks went. We told him we thought it was the sprinkler and the yard guy was coming. Even then he told us how to shut off the sprinkler valve and told us if it's not that to call him back. We called back later that day almost at closing and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He came out on time, checked everything and told us what was happening. Thankfully we didn't have a leak but with his guidance we discovered the meter had been read incorrectly. Truly appreciate his amazing customer service and follow up.

We got referred to GMI by a friend to help us install the HVAC system in our unfinished basement. Spencer was our initial contact who was incredible at brainstorming the project with me and going over a gameplan of how to be meet our needs. He was very honest about what would and wouldn't work and how we could do things to best fit our budget. We decided to move forward with them and they had a team out to install our system the following week.Ramone, José, and Mario did all our wire pulling and ductwork and I have to say they were a joy to work with. They went above and beyond to help me maximize my ceiling space and were very punctual and respectful. They took the time to walk through what they were going to do and ask questions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted instead of just assuming and throwing stuff up wherever. They even tidied up every night before leaving instead of leaving a mess everywhere.Spencer then came and did a final walkthrough with us and made sure everything was to our liking. All in all we had a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Purdy’s remodeled my master bathroom almost 3 years ago. We were beyond pleased with the final result! One of the vanity mirrors came loose a couple of weeks ago. The Molly had pulled out from the sheet rock and there was a hole. It was hanging by one side. I called Purdy and a project manager came out to look at the damage in just a couple of days. He took down the mirror and said he needed to talk with his boss about the best way to repair. Mike came out today and spent several hours repairing and painting. You can’t tell where it came loose. This was after warranty work, but they did it as good will! I would recommend them for any remodel job. They are professional but mainly they are so nice to work with

The pool was custom drawn with our wants, balanced by permit and property limitations (i.e. septic location). We now have an expanded step-up patio area to entertain, lit stone retaining wall, steps up to regraded backyard and a beautiful salt water pool that has proven to be so simple to maintain and keep clean, even over the winter months and our peak pollen season. Signed up for the $21 promotional deal. I went in, and they explained the process. They took X-rays and said they would review them to come up with a treatment plan. I did not receive a massage or red light therapy as I was expecting, but they said that would happen on my next visit. The entire staff was very friendly. Looking forward to the actual treatments. I will give updates after the treatments.
This morning I was blessed to have a massage with Tori. I love that her approach was first have me sit on a stool and ask me where was my main issue. As I share with her, my shoulders due to the duties in recovery room as a nurse. She first did some stretching in my neck, which enabled me to be less tight before getting on the table. Also used the suction cups to increase blood flow that was trapped. She was very professional, I was very relaxed and tune out the outside noise in this clinic. She repeatedly asked how the pressure was as she massage. I left there feeling wonderful and well cared for. I definitely will be back to see her.
We were recommended to this place by our vet Chewy in Alpharetta. They performed a spay on our 10 year old dog with an open pyometra. They were absolutely amazing! Went over all post operation instructions thoroughly and made sure we knew everything we would need to ensure best care for our sassy Chloe girl. I would highly recommend this place especially if you need budget friendly care. They also gave her a good nail clipping while in surgery and it is very appreciative! Thank you guys again for such great hospitality to our little stubborn old Chloe girl.
Great experience and I felt like they really cared about my Scout. Even though it had been a little while since we have been to the vet, they didn't make me feel bad and just took care of my furbaby. After a thorough visit with the doctor, an x-ray and some meds Scout is on the mend.
We had a great experience at Total Veterinary Care. They were ready for us as soon as we walked in - had our puppy’s name on the door and everything. Everyone was kind and patient with our questions. The clinic was clean and well kept. The part that blew us away was getting a call the day after to check on our puppy’s well being after his vaccinations!
I’ve been to several vets in the area. This vet practice is awesome (I’ve waited a year to truly “vet” them). My definition of a good vet- they don’t “push” stuff on you. They work with you and honor your wishes. The main vet here… she works her butt off. I appreciate and respect her so much.
I’ll add that many vets are run by “big business” (like big companies that buy homes and rent them, for example), which means they must follow certain rules, and encourage (push) certain medications and shots (much like the current human medical for-profit business model).
This was my second time bringing my Cavapoo here, and once again they did an amazing job. He always comes out smelling so good and looking neat. The staff is so friendly and gentle with him — you can tell they make him feel safe, calm, and loved. I’m really grateful for the care they put into their work. Highly recommend.
