Joanna is extremely helpful and patient in discussing options, helping bring visions to life with an exceptional design eye. She goes above and beyond by meeting customers near their homes, sending samples, and always being available to answer questions. The three men team is courteous, professional, and efficient, completing jobs quickly. German leads a team that produces high-quality work, including staining grout and replacing backsplashes. Great customer service, many options available, and good quality flooring are consistent themes. Veada provides great communication and goes above and beyond. Sherry helps extensively with insurance claims adjusters to get correct payment. When water pipes burst and flooded new flooring, the guys cleaned up all standing water and took down damaged baseboards. Customers appreciate the help during not-so-fun times and highly recommend this company, giving five stars and a 10/10 rating.
We had an outstanding experience with R&S Flooring and couldn't be happier with the results! They replaced the hardwood floors in all of our bedrooms and refinished the existing hardwoods throughout the rest of our home. Joanna was extremely helpful and patient in looking through and discussing options with me. The whole process from initial call to having a new floor installed was extremely fast and efficient. It's nerve-wracking to cold call an unfamiliar business to work with them on something important in your home, so I'm absolutely glad I ended up at R&S Floor Covering. I'd absolutely recommend them.
R and S Flooring removed the carpet in our bedroom and replaced it with hardwood floors yesterday. Every part of the process was easy - beginning with the home visit and estimate by Joanna. The three men team was courteous, professional, and efficient. They completed the job plus made a repair in another room in under 5 hours. Our other estimate was a good bit higher and would have taken two days. We highly recommend this company!
