We told him we thought it was the sprinkler and the yard guy was coming. Even then he told us how to shut off the sprinkler valve and told us if it's not that to call him back. We called back later that day almost at closing and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He came out on time, checked everything and told us what was happening.
