I was having terrible constant piriformis muscle pain for 2 weeks. When I came in I was hoping to relieve some of the intense pain but I did not expect Cathy to completely release the muscle and on top of that she was able to find other tense muscles that were contributing to the pain . She also recommended exercises to do at home and the pain has yet to come back. I’m truly grateful to have found Main Street Wellness.
Cathy is fantastic! She really listens and feels how your body is doing and essential oils she uses are fantastic. The second I walk in to her room I feel the stress just melt right off. It is such an amazing feeling. She knows what she’s doing and I always leave feeling more energetic and happy. She’s the best and I only will go to her from now on. Highly recommend 10/10
Oh and she has bundles you can purchase that end up being cheaper in the long run!
I can not say enough wonderful things about Cathy. I feel so comfortable with her in my own skin, and she is just so kind and caring. She truly cares about her work and care of others and it shows every appointment. I am so thankful for her. She has helped my pain so much. Thank you Cathy!!!!
