I had a facial with Luyen and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire appointment was so relaxing, and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ve struggled with acne for a long time, and she did an incredible job with my extractions. She was very thorough while still being gentle and I could immediately tell how much care she puts into her work. Throughout the facial she checked in on me to make sure I was okay and even asked if I needed any breaks, which I really appreciated because it showed how patient and caring she is towards her patients.. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. We both left feeling refreshed, educated, and excited to continue our skincare journey with her. The office was clean, relaxing, and had such a welcoming atmosphere.
