Nothing but great things about ToLife Yoga studio. Marilyn is very knowledgeable and friendly and guided me all along the entire 1.5 hour section. No pressure, calm and fun atmosphere. I will go back!

I am new to yoga, maternity yoga ?‍♀️, I was scared that I will hard time on my first session, but Marylin made it so easy. She is professional, kind and supportive through the entire process. Marylin made sure that I follow the process correctly, helped me to get into a right positions when needed and teaches really well as well as explains the process. I would recommend ToLife to everyone, worth your time and experience.

I’m a beginner in yoga. The prenatal yoga class was challenging, yet doable for me. I was able to push myself to complete the whole session. I surprised myself, but it was with the help and guidance of Marilyn that made a difference! I felt amazing after the class and can’t wait to go back to work towards my pregnancy fitness goals.
