“We had a major water leak disaster that caused serious damage throughout our bathroom, bedroom, main hallway, and an extra storage area around it — it felt overwhelming at first. Shamas and his team came in and handled everything, from working directly with our insurance adjuster (with so much patience through all the back-and-forth) to fully restoring every affected space.
We ended up sourcing a lot of our tiles and materials ourselves from online and retail marketplaces, and Shamas worked seamlessly with whatever we brought in. He also suggested budget alternatives that still looked great, plus offered design ideas along the way that we ended up loving. It's rare to find someone so flexible and genuinely helpful with those kinds of decisions.
The transformation was incredible. Every room went from disaster to absolutely beautiful — new tile, fixtures, flooring, everything. The attention to detail and perfection in his work really shows; it's hard to believe it's the same house.
