I came here to get some work fixed that the Braselton location had previously done. That location was closed but Buford was open and ready for me. They got me in, fixed the problem, had great music playing, and were very nice. The lady at the front desk was confusing me a little and another lady helped straighten it out so that is the only reason for the 4 vs 5 stars. I will be going back to them vs the other location for the foreseeable future.
I’ve been to several dentists in my lifetime. The thing that makes Smile Studio of Buford different is the compassion that entire staff in the office has for their patients. While they are as professional as any good dental office, and great at what they do, they don’t just go about their business and treat you like a number. They make sure they answer any questions you may have. They try to get to know you and your comfort is as important to them as your dental health. I highly recommend them.
