I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion shown at Salon Titanium. My youngest sister walked in after experiencing an unimaginable loss the passing of her baby just a week prior. We didn’t have an appointment, but they welcomed her with open arms.

The receptionist, who went above and beyond, personally took the time to detangle and de-mat my sister’s hair. What might have seemed like a small act of service to some was truly something so much deeper she helped my sister feel cared for and seen in a moment when she needed it most. The patience, gentleness, and warmth she showed made a world of difference and gave my sister a bit of comfort during such a heartbreaking time.

We are beyond grateful for the kindness that was extended. It wasn’t just about hair it was about compassion, humanity, and reminding someone that they still matter. I hadn’t gotten my hair professionally done in over a year (prices are too high now & I didn’t wanna damage my hair again) the last 4 times I’ve been to different hair stylist they 1.
