I highly recommend Paramount Plumbing and HVAC.Our natural gas hot water heater was 12 years old. It was a Whirl Pool from Lowes, basic residential home unit with plastic drain plug. The fumes from use over the years were getting pretty bad and replacing the thermocouple no longer made it work.I contacted Shane Creech with Paramount Plumbing HVAC. I was able to send photos of the Whirlpool to Shane and gave him dimensions. Shane was able to quote a price within minutes. Shane is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary services which I appreciated. I‘ll be using only Paramount for plumbing and HVAC services going forward.

Punctual, competant and reasonable....what more could you ask for. They did good work at a reasonable price and made suggestions where needed. Would use again should the need arise.
