I had the most amazing experience at Wax Thread & Scissors! This was my first time meeting Ms. Nauzi, but she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that it honestly felt like I had known her for years. She is such a sweet, kind, and genuine person with exceptional customer service.

She did my Brazilian wax, and I can honestly say it was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. She was incredibly gentle, quick, and professional. Normally, I experience quite a bit of pain during Brazilian waxes, but with Ms. Nauzi, I barely felt a thing! She finished in about five minutes, and the results were absolutely flawless; not a single hair left behind.

She kept a friendly conversation going throughout the appointment, which distracted me from the waxing completely. I even found myself laughing instead of focusing on what was happening! 😅

She also shaped my eyebrows exactly the way I requested, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. She truly listens to what her clients want and delivers beyond expectations.

I have officially found my forever waxing place, and Ms. Nauzi will be my go-to from now on. If you’re looking for someone who is gentle, fast, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend booking with Ms. Nauzi. Thank you for such an incredible experience! Nesh and Shelly are the BEST! I am extremely demanding when it comes to beauty and my skin care. I am very particular about my eyebrows and have sensitive skin. They both spent time explaining, giving me the right advice and doing a great job with my eyebrows. I have always enjoyed coming here and have been coming since the grand opening and have never had any issues.
