“A neighbor referred Gary to us. When we reached out he talked us through some things to check before coming out. After about an hour or so, Gary called me back to see how the manual checks went. We told him we thought it was the sprinkler and the yard guy was coming. Even then he told us how to shut off the sprinkler valve and told us if it's not that to call him back. We called back later that day almost at closing and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He came out on time, checked everything and told us what was happening. Thankfully we didn't have a leak but with his guidance we discovered the meter had been read incorrectly. Truly appreciate his amazing customer service and follow up.“
