Amazing customer service and exceptional attention to detail. Their preplanning communication was so helpful and their post-painting review of the work was an incredible touch because they were genuinely proud of their work and willing to have it inspected. Dennis and his crew were professionals through and through and having Dennis' personal cell phone to call or text was icing on the cake. Communications is king and they crushed it.
My comments apply to the recent painting project completed on our 15 unit townhome community where I serve on the Board. From the initial inspection and quote for the job that included carpentry on trim work, through painting completion, the project went exceptionally well and results were equal to and better than expected. The team was clean, professional, personable, and willing to do extras. All owners in our community are very pleased and have high words of praise for the work crew we had here.
I am the VP of an HOA and we contracted with P3Painting to paint the exterior of several building. The job was completed on time without any problems. Christian and Romo were very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. The final walk through found minimal issues but Romo had them all corrected the same day.
