Dr. Hixenbaugh office at lenscrafters got me in and out, no problem. His staff was much more warm and welcoming than last year. Dr. Hixenbaugh is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone with a good personality, he's not it. He comes off standoffish and condescending. I was raised by a Marine so I'm used to that kind of personality

I’ve always been skeptical about getting a semi permanent eyebrow tattoo. When women were first doing this, I don’t know if I ever liked it because what I have seen did not look natural the permanent tattoos often faded, and or discolored. That said, I know that over the years professionals have perfected their technique. When I met Serena, it was because I was getting my eyebrows waxed, and the person that waxed my eyebrows had such clean and shapely eyebrows. After I asked, they told me that Serena was the one who did their eyebrows.
So I did the next thing and scheduled a consultation with Serena. From the very beginning, she was professional and took her time to explain the different techniques and the technique that she would use on my eyebrows, which was microshading. Serena made sure to send me care instructions before my first session.
Unfortunately, part of the care instructions is not drinking any caffeine prior to and I did that, it was uncomfortable, but she did her best to make me comfortable and add additional numbing cream. This prolonged our session however she was not annoyed with me. She was very kind and patient and take care of me.
Serena was sure to send me instructions for the aftercare and it was very detailed. Everything she said she was going to do she did, she was timely with everything. She checked on me throughout the week to make sure everything was fine. Every time I had a question and I texted her she responded within minutes.
Serena took her time to map out my eyebrows and give me a shape that I am very well pleased with because my eyebrows are very thin. I went in for my second session, which was even better because I didn’t have any caffeine and while I still felt the discomfort of the needle, she took care of me throughout the entire process.
Serena is a professional and she loves what she does. She is passionate about eyebrow tattooing and she is good at it. I am a black woman, and one of my concerns was If she’d ever work on black skin before, she has and she knows what she’s doing. I enjoyed my experience with Serena. I would recommend her to anyone and I will go back to her for my year consultation and any consultations thereafter.
Serena is a beautiful soul and once more I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get Microshading or microblading as Serena is able to do both.
I wish scheduleing could send only people who have been here before. The thing I dislike the most is showing and telling people over and over again where and how everything is and how to do everything. Otherwise the ladies are for the most part kind and helpful.

Lupita is the best!!! I recently moved to the area and took some time off. When I started looking for work again I looked at jobs through manpower. The easiest process I had been through. She communicated with me all the way from interview details, getting the job, next steps, and timecards. She was one of the first people I told when I was coming on as a member of the current company I work for.
Oh and onboarding is a breeze. Probably the best onboarding experience ever with all paperwork and such. Lupita resolved issues in 5 minutes. No joke! I was surprised and impressed at the same time.
Cindy in payroll was wonderful! I had an issue at the beginning and it was resolved so quickly and she was so friendly. I came into the building and had met Lupita and Cindy in person and they were lovely!

Axel is the best barber around and I truly mean that. I work a busy schedule 8-6 and Axel is the only barber in the area who accommodates my hours and makes an effort to fit me in for a haircut whenever he can. When he does get me in for a haircut he always delivers. I have relatively thin hair so I am very picky about how it looks, but Axel always does the absolute best with it… and don’t get me started on the beard. He always makes the beard look perfect. Prices are very solid considering what he provides. Highly recommend!

She also does my mom’s pedicures, and we both absolutely adore her. Honey is such a lovely, kind, and professional woman — she always makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. I’ve never once felt any pain or discomfort during a session, and she’s always checking in to make sure I’m okay throughout the process. EVERYTHING about the place is exceptional - the owner Elyse cuts & colors my hair perfectly, the receptionist Dee & the assistant Bernadette are both wonderful. While I hate sitting still. Elyse & all of her people make customers feel relaxed & welcome, to the point that I actually look forward to coming here. What a pleasant, well-run business - I highly recommend it for men or women - I see repeat customers on virtually every visit!

I was here visiting and my bridged tooth broke. I was told about PGA Smiles and I called them to see if they could fix it tentatively. I was seen the next day not questioned asked. The ladies at the front desk, dental assistant and the dentist couldn’t have been any nicer to me. The dentist was very friendly, gentle and more importantly told me everything that she was doing. I wish I lived in Palm Beach County as I would make this my permanent dentist.

After my dental insurance changed, I visited a new dentist and was told I had multiple cavities and needed extensive dental work, even though just six months earlier my previous dentist found no issues. That office was also rude and dismissive, which made me uncomfortable.
I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Khwand, and I’m very glad I did. He was extremely polite, took the time to introduce himself, shook my hand, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He was very personable and never rushed the appointment. After reviewing everything, he explained that most of the treatment the other dentist recommended was excessive. In reality, I only had one cavity.
I truly appreciate Dr. Khwand’s honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

I got a massage today from Alexandria and it was wonderful 10 out of 10 warm hands with an educated therapeutic knowledge of the body as well as a wonderful facility and very polite bedside manner. My back feels wonderful. I think I’m headed to the gym to injure it again because now I know where I can get it fixed.
I started seeing Dr Beth in Feb 2024 when I was having lots of recurring lower back pain. Not only did my lower back pain disappear rather quickly after I started with her, but pain I didn’t even realize I had as it was such a constant irritant in my shoulders and neck suddenly felt better too. And my posture has never been better! I will never stop going for maintenance as it’s been 16 months with zero pain and the only difference is regular adjustments and improved posture. Highly recommend!

I just had my first visit with Fondren pet care and was so happy with the time and care they took with my beagle who is very sweet but terrified of the vet and becomes aggressive. After a traumatic experience at another vet, I decided to try Fondren. The vet and tech were very compassionate and patient with my dog. We were not rushed and they tried several different approaches to make him comfortable. Fondren is the only place I will be taking my dogs from now on.
I am super happy to have found a wonderful clinic that puts the wellbeing of my baby as a priority, excellent, loving and caring group of professionals leading by Dr Armando. The Dr is kind and thorough. The Drs wife helped me through a tough time. The only bad thing is the costs of the heartworm and medication costs. Which is not fault of the doctor. His wife gave me enough to get through this time. Kindness is a gift they are willing to give. Good people are there, which is rare these days. I thank them both wholeheartedly..
Dr Schwartz is my veterinarian. My pets just adore her! She is always willing to answer my questions and has helped my little heart patient dog numerous times. The vet techs are very knowledgeable there and very kind to the animals. Receptionists and kennel staff are always kind and caring. One thing about this practice is this place is in high demand. So, sometimes patience is needed so that the staff can adequately treat the more critical patients first. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Dr Fondren and her staff were very easy to work with. My dog Molly needed her annual vaccines and Dr Fondren explained everything clearly.
Dr. Matthews is amazing! He is very professional, thorough, kind, and gentle with my dog. She is 15, and so precious to me. She is generally very healthy, but starting to have some geriatric issues. Findings Dr. Matthews was such a relief. He does not try to sell you on lots of extra services and tests, just takes care of her in a calm and reasonable manner.
I have been very favorably impressed with everyone at Promenade. They are very professional and efficient. They obviously love animals and are great working with my dog; loving and patient. I have been kept in the loop with the care my dog needs.

I had a very scary emergency on Saturday morning with my senior rabbit, his regular vet was not available and I was recommended to take him here. Dr Pam and her team took such good care of us even though I was a total wreck. They saw us immediately (on a Saturday!) and did not charge us any extra fees for this. He is doing much better already, and I'm so thankful for their care and compassion. Highly recommend for exotic pet owners!

Highly recommend you try Denise's class, if you have not already. She taught my girlfriend and I yoga and we absolutely loved her classes and her. Unfortunately we had to move away and have been trying new yoga studios. The instructors are alright but we keep saying none of them are as good as Denise.If you are thinking about trying yoga or an experience yogi, trust me, Denise is one of the best instructor's you will find. She does a great job of reading her students and tweaking her flow to fit their needs and get the most out of them.

After years of battling chronic sciatica, trying pain meds, and even undergoing two epidural injections with no relief, I finally found Lydia and her incredible team at Serenity Med Spa. Just a couple of lymphatic and laser treatments later, I haven’t touched pain medication or muscle relaxers for over a month since I started on February 26, 2026. Eden is an absolute treasure. My mom has been going to Eden for a few years and has been raving about her. While I was visiting my mom I decided to make an appointment with Eden. Wow am I glad I did. Eden provided one of the best massages I have ever received. She asked great questions before we started and she was professional, highly skilled and thorough through out the massage. I wish I lived closer because I would be there at least once a week. When I was leaving she had a client coming in that had been going to Eden for 20 years and drove over 2 1/2 hours to see her. When I say Eden is a treasure this is exactly what I mean!!!!

After a series of medical test, specialists and an HPA dysfunction diagnosis I came to the office of Dr Meng.
Upon our first meeting she conducted a body examination and diagnosed the issue without me even disclosing it.
I was impressed, it took the specialist three months, saliva, blood and urine test to arrive at the diagnosis.
Over four months I’d been waking up with heart palpitations at 2 am, anxiety, insomnia, disassociation, low mood, hair loss, and mental fog. My body was producing low cortisol after an extended period of high stress.
Upon completion of the first session, Dr Meng brought immediate relief. I slept for nine hours straight and continued to get better with each treatment. She was able to do what months of testing, hormone panels, medications, failed to do.
I had the best specialists in south Florida prescribe controlled medications for sleep which failed and only made the issue worst. I was losing my memory and they could not provide a treatment plan that would made me feel better.
I’m now three months under Dr Meng’s care. I can say with certainty that her acupuncture, herbal protocol and mud therapy has restored my vitality and my rhythm back.
