I am very inexperienced at yoga, but this place was great! The instructor, Carolyne, was so calming and very welcoming. And the front desk folks were all so kind. It was also very clean. I was impressed how they clean the room and floors up between classes and sanitize the equipment. If I lived here, I would come back and become a regular. But for now, I'll have to check out the location in Virginia where I live and hope that it lives up to the standard the Palm Beach Gardens location has set.

Was visiting from out of town for a wedding and needed some yoga! Took a couple hot power yoga classes at this studio in Palm Beach Gardens! Great instructors!!! Just what I needed!

What a find! Clean, cozy studio. Friendly staff, wonderful teachers and the most adorable mascot (Thunder the weenie dog) -- I just took my first class there last week after a long hiatus from yoga and I knew immediately I found my new yoga home. I'm hooked!
