“I honestly have too many good things to say about Dr. DeLange at the Estetica Institute. From day one, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared about. His work is amazing and the attention to detail he puts into everything is incredible. I could not be happier with my results.

What really makes him stand out though is the kind of person he is. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. Every single time I see him, he remembers things we talked about before, asks about my family, and actually takes the time to talk to you like a real person instead of rushing in and out of the room. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants you to feel happy and confident.

Another thing that meant a lot to me was how accessible he is. He gives you a number where you can actually reach him if there’s ever an emergency or concern, which gave me so much peace of mind. I even had a question over the weekend once and fully expected I wouldn’t hear back until Monday, but he personally got back to me on a Saturday. That honestly says so much about the kind of doctor he is and how much he cares about his patients.

I also have to mention how amazing his nurses are. And the anesthesiologists he works with are some of the sweetest and kindest people ever and made me feel so calm and comfortable before surgery day and the day of surgery. The entire experience felt so personal and caring from start to finish.

Finding a doctor who is both extremely talented and genuinely kind is hard, but Dr. DeLange is exactly that. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone without hesitation. 10/10 experience all around.“

“I’ve always been skeptical about getting a semi permanent eyebrow tattoo. When women were first doing this, I don’t know if I ever liked it because what I have seen did not look natural the permanent tattoos often faded, and or discolored. That said, I know that over the years professionals have perfected their technique. When I met Serena, it was because I was getting my eyebrows waxed, and the person that waxed my eyebrows had such clean and shapely eyebrows. After I asked, they told me that Serena was the one who did their eyebrows.

So I did the next thing and scheduled a consultation with Serena. From the very beginning, she was professional and took her time to explain the different techniques and the technique that she would use on my eyebrows, which was microshading. Serena made sure to send me care instructions before my first session.

Unfortunately, part of the care instructions is not drinking any caffeine prior to and I did that, it was uncomfortable, but she did her best to make me comfortable and add additional numbing cream. This prolonged our session however she was not annoyed with me. She was very kind and patient and take care of me.

Serena was sure to send me instructions for the aftercare and it was very detailed. Everything she said she was going to do she did, she was timely with everything. She checked on me throughout the week to make sure everything was fine. Every time I had a question and I texted her she responded within minutes.

Serena took her time to map out my eyebrows and give me a shape that I am very well pleased with because my eyebrows are very thin. I went in for my second session, which was even better because I didn’t have any caffeine and while I still felt the discomfort of the needle, she took care of me throughout the entire process.

Serena is a professional and she loves what she does. She is passionate about eyebrow tattooing and she is good at it. I am a black woman, and one of my concerns was If she’d ever work on black skin before, she has and she knows what she’s doing. I enjoyed my experience with Serena. I would recommend her to anyone and I will go back to her for my year consultation and any consultations thereafter.

Serena is a beautiful soul and once more I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get Microshading or microblading as Serena is able to do both.“
