I had my very first massage here and I have to say the whole experience was amazing from the moment I walk in till time I left! Great customer service all staff members and they read n listened to me about my massage was catered to me specially. I felt relaxed, comfortable, felt even better after it was over thanks to my therapist for massage! I will definitely go back n tell friends n family who live here.
I've dealt with shoulder blade issues and hamstring tension since some injuries sustained earlier in my life. Whether it be frequent headaches, nerve issues, or general tightness, I've always tried to deal with it. At Elements though, Llamar with his knowledge and experience guided me through some anatomy tips, stretching guidelines, and also provided physical relief through therapeutic treatment. He definitely knows what he is doing and is friendly and easy-going. Great experience which felt like a good reset for my muscle tension and nerve issues.
