Wilfris is amazing!! My shoulders and quads were really tight after a lot of travelling and working out. Wilfris was very knowledgeable and incredible at relieving my tension. Next time I'm in the PBG area, I will be booking another massage with him. Highly recommend Elements.

AMAZING! I have been a client of Elements Massage since 2021 and it is so nice to have a relaxing retreat to visit and be pampered. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and every massage therapist goes out of their way to make sure they listen and address my issues. I love that there is a membership available to help me stay committed to taking care of myself. The owner, Karen, is always making improvements to create a beautiful atmosphere. Tom is the best massage therapist I ever had! He’s very knowledgeable and passionate of his craft as well as personable, and professional! After I left I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. He got rid of all my aches! Please check him out you won’t regret it!
