I needed 3 quotes on a flat roof replacement in North Palm Beach, Fl. This was October of '25. Due to personal reasons, I could not get the roof replaced until January '26.

Out of the 3 different companies Ramon was the ONLY person to follow up after the initial quote. I explained the situation and I would be in touch. Ramon patiently kept in touch.... not in a pushy way. Ramon answered ALL the questions I had and throughly explained everything!!!! ( His quote was BY far the most professional presentation).

There were some minor complications regarding the repair due to my house being a rental currently and coordinating from out of town with permits and tenants. Ramon took everything in stride.

Embick is not just a roofing company they are contractors that can take care of everything along with the roof such a replacing rotted wood, beams, wood trim, and even stucco work. They recently replaced a flat roof portion of my house. They replaced all the rotted wood, repaired the supper gutter and did a great gob. When they were done with the roof, I figured I had to hire a stucco contractor to repair the stucco that was removed to do the roof but Embick came back and did the stucco work and even painted the stusso to match the house as part of their work. A regular roofing company would not have done that. Did a great job and very grateful and thankful for the work! You don't see that much any more.“
