“The doctor the nurse and the staff at MD Now are very nice, kind and very professional. I've been at this facility before and I've always had a good experience. However there was one glitch this morning that I found upsetting and feel needs to be addressed by the office manager. When I walked in the door there was no one in the waiting room except me. The receptionist had left her desk for the moment which is fine but when she came back we (myself and 2 ladies behind me) were advised that we need to scan the QR code to check in. I had already been there for 5 minutes before the other two ladies behind me came in. Because they were much quicker to take a photo of the QR code and check in they were taken ahead of me. I don't think this is right since I was there first I should have been taken first. Just because I wasn't quick enough with registration I was placed in the back of the line. I understand it's the way the computer system is set up but that needs to be addressed because again it was quite unfair to me to have to wait while everybody else went ahead of me. In spite of this glitch in their system, I will still go to MD Now if needed in the future. Thank you.“

I originally came in just for Botox, but they truly went above and beyond. In addition to my treatment, they performed blood work to make sure everything was looking good overall and helped me create a personalized skincare routine tailored specifically to my needs. I also had a facial, and the entire experience was amazing.
