“My husband and I are traveling and while here in Palm Beach my husband began to feel pain around the left ear and because we are flying home tomorrow we went to see the DR. SIRI gave us True Compassion Urgent Care! Right on SIRI! So thorough the nurse check vitals, asked probing questions to ensure no immediate major health issue. Dr Serna came in and did a more thorough exam and determined his ear canal is red and swollen and prescribed meds. B4 prescribing she looked over his list of current meds and determined what he can take that he shouldn’t have a reaction to. Again I say very very thorough. We are appreciative and thankful for the care he received here at True Compassion Urgent Care and we recommend this care center.”
