“I love New Radiance! The office staff is always welcoming and friendly. I like how they recognize me and know me by name, when I come in. They make me feel like they really care. They also have a really great rewards program. The more times you come in, the more rewards you get to use for later visits. My go to girl is Ashley. She's fantastic!! “I honestly have too many good things to say about Dr. DeLange at the Estetica Institute. From day one, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared about. His work is amazing and the attention to detail he puts into everything is incredible. I could not be happier with my results.

What really makes him stand out though is the kind of person he is. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. Every single time I see him, he remembers things we talked about before, asks about my family, and actually takes the time to talk to you like a real person instead of rushing in and out of the room. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants you to feel happy and confident.

Another thing that meant a lot to me was how accessible he is. He gives you a number where you can actually reach him if there’s ever an emergency or concern, which gave me so much peace of mind. I even had a question over the weekend once and fully expected I wouldn’t hear back until Monday, but he personally got back to me on a Saturday. That honestly says so much about the kind of doctor he is and how much he cares about his patients.

I also have to mention how amazing his nurses are. And the anesthesiologists he works with are some of the sweetest and kindest people ever and made me feel so calm and comfortable before surgery day and the day of surgery. The entire experience felt so personal and caring from start to finish.

Finding a doctor who is both extremely talented and genuinely kind is hard, but Dr. DeLange is exactly that. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone without hesitation. 10/10 experience all around.“
