“Dr. Ramsey is amazing. He is kind, thorough and educates you on eye health. There was a hiccup with my glasses previously and he and his team assisted me to ensure I had the correct prescription. I must say that although the progressives will be an adjustment, it is what I need to see clearly. During pick up the young lady who assisted me originally on picking out my glasses and on picking them up the second time was so kind and helpful. Dr. Adrian was also instrumental in measuring to ensure the current frames would work for the progressive lenses. I’m grateful for their assistance.“

Dr. Hixenbaugh office at lenscrafters got me in and out, no problem. His staff was much more warm and welcoming than last year. Dr. Hixenbaugh is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone with a good personality, he's not it. He comes off standoffish and condescending. I was raised by a Marine so I'm used to that kind of personality

“What an amazing experience! I just happened to be strolling the Downtown Plaza one evening when I saw Couture Optique. As it was closed at the time, I peeked in the windows. I’ve never seen such a beautiful array of eyewear! I hurried back there the next AM to Check out the frames for myself. I’d been searching for a few years for the perfect frames for new glasses I needed. Well, I finally found them! In fact, I found several beautiful pairs! I met with the owner, Barry, who could not have been nicer or more patient as I tried on several pairs! I finally decided upon and fell in love with the frames I’d been searching for. Then Barry sat with me explaining all the options with absolutely no pressure. I gave him my RX from my eye doctor and Barry ordered them for me. They arrived earlier than I’d expected and I couldn’t be happier.
