Very welcoming. Got me in same day for an appointment with my cat. Sheila at the front desk was so helpful and took the extra time to speak with me and really understand what we were going through. Dr. Posey and his staff were excellent as well and very communicative.
We have bringing our dogs to Dr. Posey since the late 90s. Dr. Posey and the staff, Beth & Kia are wonderful. They're always kind, courteous & professional. The facilities are always clean & we're always welcomed with a smile. They're always patient with our questions & any issues we may have. In the case of an emergency, they will find a way to squeeze us in. I can't imagine having to bring our dogs anywhere else.
I have been very favorably impressed with everyone at Promenade. They are very professional and efficient. They obviously love animals and are great working with my dog; loving and patient. I have been kept in the loop with the care my dog needs.
