You never fully appreciate indoor plumbing until it's gone. The valve for my main water shut off broke in the off position, after many decades of service. Ken was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and I have water again! He is great to work with, his prices were reasonable, and I will definitely be using his services in the future.
