Our experience with Urban and its team was excellent. We really felt like they were our partner in this,not just a hired hand. We worked with Urban on a major home renovation and they did a phenomenal job. The owner Adam met us at the house several times to discuss the project, and Krystal was always on top of everything making sure things ran smoothly and quickly. They were able to handle a wide variety of projects (full retile, structural modifications requiring a massive beam to be placed between floors, two story marble fireplace, flattening of knockdown ceiling), and any issues that came up over the course of the renovation were quickly rectified.
