The best of the best of the best Dr Riley and Megan and the entire staff of Juno Smiles have taken the greatest care of me over the last 10 years, we have fun we laugh, we joke and they just care I mean, genuinely care about me and I couldn’t find a better place to recommend to everybody to go for their dental health! Thank you, thank you thank you and yesterday was no different, I was there for three hours, and I revert to a five year-old in a chair, lol and I did not feel a thing, gentle, easy, and so much fun as always! I’m a massage therapist from NY and I had the pleasure of visiting Ideal Wellness Massage when I was in town—it is an amazing place! Joy the owner is by far one of the most knowledgeable practitioners I have ever worked with. Stephanie was so sweet and helpful answering all of my questions about the firefly and PEMF machines. I left both of my visits there feeling totally pain free and would recommend their services to anyone that wants relief. Thank you guys! I will be back next time I’m in town! Great experience at Transition Wellness Centre. I tried both the sauna and cold plunge, and the contrast left me feeling refreshed, energized, and relaxed. The facility was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and recover.
Very friendly staff. Decent equipment, but overall layout is a bit dated and overall experience geared more towards classes/lessons. There is no stretching area: there is an elevated platform in one corner with blue vinyl, flanked on 2 sides with walls that resembles and feels like a giant bed. There is another small mirrored, open area that could potentially be used for stretching, but it is limited by it also being a high traffic area between front door, restrooms, and staff room. Floor work is not feasible because rubber flooring is concrete hard and rubber mats are quite short so hands or feet end up off the mat and one slides across the floor. There is fairly loud music broadcast in the club, making it challenging to listen to your own content without turning your volume way up. There is a speciality area that is fairly nice and roomy, but the equipment that dominates the center is fairly useless for individuals and you cannot access that room if there is a class going on (including getting an exercise mat).

Nancy has been coloring and styling my hair for 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is so experienced with coloring, making my blond hair look naturally sun-kissed. She uses multiple colors and will adjust as you like it. Sometimes I like it lighter, sometimes more toned down and she listens and does what you want. The staff, Cinzia and Jazmin and the other girls, are super sweet and helpful too. When I walk out of there I feel like a million bucks!
Dr. Jenna Cote recently installed a crown for me. She did a first class job in preparing for the crown and installing it! I couldn't be happier with the result! She was wonderful in educating me and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her demeanor is calm, cool, collected and kind! She can work on my teeth anytime and I'm glad to have her as my Dentist!
Janet is amazing! I have been coming to her for my laser treatments. She does a great job. She is so kind and thorough with the procedure. I would highly recommend Janet at Reflections if you are thinking of getting laser hair removal done!
If you are looking for a conventional "feel-good massage", don't expect that here, and with good reason. Bianca is a trained practitioner with multiples skills in healing that help re-align a body that is out of balance from either sports, stress, an injury or something chronic. I never know which approach Bianca will use and each session is different and meaningful. But, what I do know is that I always leave feeling better!!
My wife wanted a low key salon with mature hair dresser at a reasonable price. I made an appointment for her at Stephanie & Co. Stephanie set my wife up with Julie. She turned out to be great! My wife is very finicky about her hair and Julie did a fantastic job and was so nice.

I can’t part with my boots I have in Pennsylvania. I brought two pair to Terrys and they are like brand new after they repaired them.I also have a trendy pair of leopard print flats I can’t find anywhere,anymore and they put new heels on them and they now are also like new! I am definitely bringing them more business! Please take your worn shoes and boots to them and keep them in business!
