“I'm in Colorado and was looking for a company to change the water tank for my mom in Florida who is a senior citizen. Her tank was ancient and leaking. I checked reviews and called around. I spoke to Eric who was extremely helpful and kind. He got a permit and waited for it to come in before installation. He arrived on time and left almost 3 hours later. They removed the old one and explained everything to my mom and myself (over the phone). My mom was so happy. She said they were very friendly to her. It's nice to be able to put your FAITH in someone from far away as I am always worried my mother will get ripped off etc. I highly recommend Eric and Zachary from Water Heating Experts!!!! “Dattile Plumbing was the plumber we used when we were building our house back in 1986 and they did a wonderful job. No problems while we lived in that house. We have never over the years needed a plumber again (I know lucky us). But we had some plumbing issues now and also wanted to install a new water heater and I immediately thought of Dattile hoping they were still in business. Lucky for us they were and this company is still a great company from their office help to their technicians. Their people are courteous, professional and show up when they say they will be there and I'm no plumber but the work seems excellent and all problems solved - and also we believe their rates are very reasonable. “I would give 10 stars if that was possible. I had another local plumbing company come to repair a leaking bathroom faucet handle. The made 4 trips saying they had the wrong cartridges then tried to replace it but it was frozen so needed a completely new faucet which required us to remove a granite backsplash and mirror which would have cost thousands. I called Coastal because I had to have a hose bib replaced and Zack came to do the job. He quickly replaced the hose bib so I asked his opinion about the bathroom faucet. To make a long story short he replaced the cartridge without destroying the backsplash or the mirror and it's working like new. Do yourself a favor- if you need an experienced plumber who really knows what he's doing call Coastal.“
