A very welcoming studio for visitors! I was only in town for a week, but Denise made me feel very welcome. Class sizes are small, so it is easy to follow the teacher’s guidance since you are not lost in a sea of students. I will be happy to attend classes here again next time we’re in town.

Goodbye to my chronic back pain.I have never been an athlete. To be honest, I hate physical activities. When I turned 45, I started having repetitive back pain. Sometime, it was so severe, I could get stuck for minutes, on hands and knees, on the floor. I went to see doctors and they all prescribed me to get a physical activity.Two years ago, I pushed the front door of Shanti Yoga Shala and it was the best decision of my adult life! Great yoga school with amazing teachers! Denise, Amy and Cathy. The class sizes are smaller, so teachers can help each person. Special events are fun too. There are friendly students as well. Denise has founded a great community. Top yoga school in the area!
