After my dental insurance changed, I visited a new dentist and was told I had multiple cavities and needed extensive dental work, even though just six months earlier my previous dentist found no issues. That office was also rude and dismissive, which made me uncomfortable.
I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Khwand, and I’m very glad I did. He was extremely polite, took the time to introduce himself, shook my hand, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He was very personable and never rushed the appointment. After reviewing everything, he explained that most of the treatment the other dentist recommended was excessive. In reality, I only had one cavity.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was having some discomfort with a tooth, and even though they were extremely busy, they were able to accommodate me. THANK YOU to Ms. Johan, she is very professional.
