“Once again, 5 Star work by the team at Bill's. They never gave up solving an issue with the Samsung circuit board and sensor. Taylor made multiple calls to tech support at Samsung and discovered the issue was a circuit board quality issue at the factory. They then figured out the fix and got the unit running. They get you on their schedule quickly and their tech who goes by "Kay" is a the most honest air conditioning tech I have ever met.A big local company you've heard of wanted over $2,000 for the MINIMUM repair. And it would take a long time to get the parts to fix it. They instead pushed me to buy a whole new unit.Kay on the other hand called around and found the parts and for the entire job including multiple trips to my home and labor wanted less than HALF what the major company wanted. He laughed when I told him the name of the company and told me he wasn't surprised at all.If you're still reading this review, if your air conditioning has had the misfortune of breaking in Florida, stop reading and call or text these people. Sears you NEED to bring back live customer support or your company is not going to last. AI actually sent me this survey for HVAC repair when in reality I had my dryer repaired.“
