“Once again, 5 Star work by the team at Bill's. They never gave up solving an issue with the Samsung circuit board and sensor. Taylor made multiple calls to tech support at Samsung and discovered the issue was a circuit board quality issue at the factory. They then figured out the fix and got the unit running. Many contractors would have charged me for their time and just given up. Not these guys!! Thanks Taylor, Chris, and Eric.“

“My service tech, Jay, was great. BUT the Sears experience has gone down to a 0 *’s. No person to talk to only AI. Can’t get any account problems solved. Sears you NEED to bring back live customer support or your company is not going to last. AI actually sent me this survey for HVAC repair when in reality I had my dryer repaired.“
