My service tech, Jay, was great. BUT the Sears experience has gone down to a 0 *’s. No person to talk to only AI. Can’t get any account problems solved. Sears you NEED to bring back live customer support or your company is not going to last. AI actually sent me this survey for HVAC repair when in reality I had my dryer repaired.

Sears technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived, disassembled the range, diagnosed the problem, reassembled and explained our options all in approximately thirty minutes.
