“Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion getting our AC back online asap. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and it now offers higher discounts and a cheaper annual fee. Prices could use a look for refresh vs the newer corporate rate/feel you have now, but no complaints with the tech.“

“Our old AC unit finally bit the dust and we used EC Waters for maintenance on that unit, so we engaged them first for the replacement. We were only without AC for a week, they offered to provide us a room unit to cool a room, but I didn't take them up on that. I definitely should have though!

Pricing was clearly communicated from the start and was in-line with our expectations. New unit was installed by Donald & Dustin, that evening, I woke up and the AC wasn't cooling and the house was 85 degrees. I submitted an emergency request and the following morning both Donald & Dustin returned to troubleshoot the unit.

Donald & Dustin were friendly and provided a ton of info to all the questions I asked during install, they were proficient in both the initial install of the unit, as well as troubleshooting the following morning for the control wire situation. Was really thankful they were able to get back out to our house the next morning first thing and it was the same tech's that did the install, so no having to relay info or get new sets of eyes on things.

Turns out, the control wire that was installed with the house was no longer operational and caused the issues. Once they replaced it, the AC started working properly and it's been working great for about a month. Way better than the old unit! Would recommend EC Waters to anyone who needs AC service in the Orlando area for sure!“

“Angel was amazing ! He was very thorough explaining the process and was very professional every step of the way. He was able to diagnose the ‘real’ problem with my heating after 2 previous companies misdiagnosed the issue. He saved me thousands of dollars (wrongly assessed by the other AC companies). One company even told me I needed to pay $5,000 to replace the metal internal coil (Wrong!) The coil was clean & in great shape. Another said I needed a condenser fan motor costing over $2,000. I’m so glad my intuition kicked in, & I didn’t commit to the wrong company! Please get a 2nd opinion (even a 3rd). A-1 Heat & Air came through for me. There are some copy cat A-1 companies out there but A-1Heat & Air is the best! Thank you, Angel!“

“This is an amazing company that puts the customer first. Not profits. YOU, the customer.From the moment you text them, they are responsive. They get you on their schedule quickly and their tech who goes by "Kay" is a the most honest air conditioning tech I have ever met.A big local company you've heard of wanted over $2,000 for the MINIMUM repair. And it would take a long time to get the parts to fix it. They instead pushed me to buy a whole new unit.Kay on the other hand called around and found the parts and for the entire job including multiple trips to my home and labor wanted less than HALF what the major company wanted. He laughed when I told him the name of the company and told me he wasn't surprised at all.If you're still reading this review, if your air conditioning has had the misfortune of breaking in Florida, stop reading and call or text these people.
