I have always used Bill’s AC and always will as long as they continue to provide the quick, honest and experienced service that they do. My AC was out at 9am and repaired by 1130. Barely warmed up in my house. I highly recommend them!

Bill found the problem quickly, answered my many questions, and was able to get the part warrantied (it was only 2 years old). His service call and subsequent repair job both went quickly and he was courteous and professional. Chris always answered my calls to the office and remembered the details of our HVAC job without having to look it up.

Once again, 5 Star work by the team at Bill's. They never gave up solving an issue with the Samsung circuit board and sensor. Taylor made multiple calls to tech support at Samsung and discovered the issue was a circuit board quality issue at the factory. They then figured out the fix and got the unit running. Many contractors would have charged me for their time and just given up. Not these guys!! Thanks Taylor, Chris, and Eric.
