Ken Eggert to the rescue! I am so thankful for the service Ken and his team provided after an unfortunate situation I had with my brand new unit in my new construction home installed horribly and incorrectly by Del-Air. After more than 10 service calls and Del-Air not being able to diagnose or fix the repeated problems I was having, I hired Ken Eggert to diagnose the AC. He was extremely knowledgable and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to speak on my behalf to the builder to explain his findings and because of that I was able to get a brand new AC installed and paid for by the builder. We recently had a new hvac system installed by Eggert cooling and heating. We had the reme halo purifier installed as well. Ken was here for the entire installation and was committed to it being done correctly in our foam insulated home. We are happy as our home is cooling better, the humidity is under 50% consistently, and no more smells from cooking!! Thank you, Ken!
Reliable, responsive, and reasonable! Ken came out on Sunday to give a quote. With a Quick turnaround they replaced the outside unit and heat pump on Tuesday with more energy efficient units. Price was fair. The work was completed professionally and courteously. The house has never been cooler!
