Ken and his staff are very kind and will take the time to go into detail to help you understand your system and what needs to be done. Ken is honest and fair, and takes pride in getting the job done right, even when that means going above and beyond the normal scope of work. Ken and his team did a great job replacing my AC system! I was given the options on what could be installed, all of my questions were patiently answered, and I was not pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I was kept informed on the status of parts on order. The team arrived on time to start the job. When the installation was complete I was given operating and care instructions, and everything was left clean. I could not be happier with the friendly service and the peace of mind I now have with my new Carrier system!Services: Install AC
