We hired one stop to change out our disconnect and to perform a diagnostic. We ran into some issues due to our unit, not their work, but they communicated well. They helped our family and even though it took a little longer than anticipated they did a wonderful job at doing the replacement and in letting us know what was going on with our AC system. Even given the fact that we had a little hiccup I would still use them again anytime we have problems with our AC. It was a good experience, even though it was a different experience than we initially planned.
