I was blown away with the quality of my boat dock electrical work done. No issues at all came up and that’s rare. Cody Thompson, Hector, Alberto, Jim and the whole team were very efficient and effective. The end results were excellent and exactly what I wanted.
Technician Julio Gonzales came out today and quickly diagnosed that our compressor was not functioning properly. He explained everything very clearly and was very professional. He and the office staff were able to get another compressor and had another tech Brian bring it over. They worked on the unit together and had it back up running within a few hours. I have been very pleased dealing with Strada Services as a company.
Cody Thompson and Hector Isabel came out to my house today to replace several faulty Eaton breakers. They arrived on time (at the beginning of their estimated window too!), worked efficiently and were very pleasant to talk to. They even went above and beyond to fix a few extra breakers for me from what they had in their truck because I hadn’t ordered enough replacements from Eaton. I’m more than satisfied with their service today and can’t thank them enough!
