On the holiday, July 4 my AC decided to go out. I have a service contract with Kalos and phoned them for a service call. They stated someone would be out between 3 PM and 7 PM. 30 minutes later a tech showed up in the pouring rain and stated it was a clogged drain line. The service was fast and within another 30 minutes I had my AC back. I could not say enough about how great Kalos Service has been for me these past two years.
