5/2/23Jesse arrived 10 minutes early and delivered superior quality service for an extremely old A/C unit in a rental property. He was extremely professional, personable, organized, courteous, answered all my questions and provided skilled service. Many of the gentlemen who have serviced the unit's A/C every 6 months for the past 4 years have been competent, however, NEVER to the level of Jesse's efficient, proficient, courteous, respectful demeanor and amazing attention to this unit. We wanted to upgrade our old aircon system. We got lots of quotes and visits, went with Accurate, it was the lowest estimate with the best Carrier machine.We could not be more pleased with the installation, including ducts, the Carrier machine, and Accurate.You can hardly hear it running, the electric bill is so low, house so comfortable. Has been running now for three years, no problems, as new.We have a maintenance contract and everything runs like clockwork.Wish the neighbor had asked, before reaching out for a so called "Better" company: they installed a noisy behemoth, electricity guzzling machine.Services: HVAC system maintenance
