Christian and his assistant did a great job and cleaned up afterward. While doing the work he found a couple of other issues and we have set up to get those handled. Overall very satisfied.

This is an evaluation that really goes from a one star to a five starMy a/c was not cooling .The technician initially diagnosed the fan motor was not working and wanted to order a new motor.It was working perfectly it did not need a new motor.He then diagnosed a coolant leak and wanted to order a new coil.I suggested that he try and detect the leak first.He had lost/mislaid his leak detector..I guess there are other ways to detect where the coolant leaks are, these were not pursued.The unit was installed 18 months ago by Downeast air.The following day I was contacted by the owner of the company He came to the house himself He apologized and immediately got on to resolving...read full review

I was concerned that my new thermostat wasn't registering the temperature and humidity correctly. Bill came and monitored the system and adjusted the thermostat. He also ensured that when I would switch from AC to Heat the system worked properly. I am very satisfied with Downeast Air Heating & Cooling. Thank you!Services: Thermostat repair
