Complete Care Air

After an emergency call 2 years ago, we have contracted with Complete Care Air for semi annual maintenance service. All 4 calls they have made were scheduled to our convenience, have been performed timely, were well commuicated both before & during our call. The Service Technicians were courteous, thorough & informative. After each call, I felt very confident in the condition & working order of our Heating/AC Unit & Condensor. I would highly recommend them to perform any HVAC Service.

I love this company. No-one loves to pay for a new unit. Lets be honest. However when the day comes it comes, you need a reliable/honest company to help you. We bought an older home and knew the units were both at the end of life. We replaced one with them and then a year later the other one died. Both times- they gave me several options to choose from and explained in detail of what each machine provided and also any upgrades or just basic machines- because of that I felt more comfortable with them- they were not pushy with buying the most expensive. Enough good things can’t be said about dealing with Complete Care Air. From the minute you call them they not only pleasantly greet you, they shift their focus totally on you and your needs. The ask all the important questions and immediately begin to resolve your needs under terms that best suit the customer. I recently had some questions about our system, called them and spoke directly to the owner. He handled the questions effortlessly and prior to ending the phone call he said, if you have any further questions we’ll be here to answer them.
