Scott was referred to me by a neighbor and I could not be more pleased with his services. Our AC went out, the day that a new tenant (who was displaced from their home) was scheduled to move into our home temporarily. Keep in mind this was two days after Hurricane Ian ravaged Southwest Florida. I called Scott and he said he would be there "within the next couple hours" . I was shocked that he could go so quickly and assess the problem. He called me once he got to my home and said that he knew exactly what was wrong with the unit and could fix it right away. AMAZING, hard-working, kind people here! I have 2 systems. This team maintains both on a very reasonable service plan. They are always on time and they are very knowledgeable and patient. They do not try to sell you, they provide all options and let you decide what’s best. (And they’re great at answering as many questions as you like.) Our upstairs A/C failed and they responded immediately to make repairs and adjustments to this very old unit while we waited for the replacement unit.
