Honestly thought the price for the air conditioning service was going to be too high. Was wrong. Pure Air conditioning was patient and the work speaks for itself. The estimate was accurate, no surprise charges later. In and out in under an hour. You actually get what you pay for.
Had a rough experience with another air conditioning place last month so I was skeptical. Totally different story with Pure Air conditioning. Got the AC repair done and they were careful and they didn't keep me waiting. Walked me through the bill line by line. Didn't talk down to me about the problem. No sticker shock. Worth it.
Had a complicated situation with the AC install. Two other companies came out, scratched their heads, and gave me wildly different diagnoses. Pure Air conditioning took their time, actually tested things properly, and showed me exactly what was going on. Turned out to be something the other guys completely missed. Followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. They showed up in a marked truck and in uniform, felt legit. The fix held up perfectly. No hidden fees. This is why you go with people who know what they're doing. Anyway, glad I went with them.
