“Steve and Chris were extremely profession, very kind and honest! I called them and within 30 mins they were at my house and able to diagnose the problem with my a/c unit. They ordered the necessary parts that evening and since they had a scheduled job with another client, they had to return the next day to finish the job on my unit. They showed up right on time, when they said they would, and had the ac fixed in no time. I highly recommend them! Even my dogs loved them!!“

“Finally my air is cool.Sidenote: I had another highly rated air company come out to get paid for nothing. Called them out here 3 times. Guy says he's found the problem the third try but at this point I figured he didn't know his stuff well so I called Polar bear air, Matt. Matt came out and said well that is in fact NOT the problem. For some reason your heat is also on because that air is hot. Matt found the problem and was out of here in an hour. My house feels great for the first time since we bought it. Mind you it had a new unit installed.“
