“I highly recommend Chuck and Service Professionals. They came recommend to me coworker when I needed a new AC unit installed. My unit was only 7 or 8 years old but had been having major problems since the first year it was installed. I felt I was being oversold by the company I had used for well over 10 years. Every time they came out to service it they had a new $1000 service they would try to get me to buy. When they told me this last time they couldn't fix the unit and it would have to be replaced, they only offered one option despite my request for additional choices. Chuck offered multiple options, pointed out the unit the other company had installed was too big for my home (something I'd suspected myself), answered every little question I had, and never pressured me to make a decision. He also saved me at least $3000. His team were friendly and professional and, in the words of the County Inspector who just looked at it unit, "did an excellent, excellent job."“

We put a new air conditioner in a few years ago with Southern Comfort and since then, we have had to call them in for a few things (but not anything that they did wrong!). From talking with the owner, Zach, to getting our technicians, Aaron and Joey out to service us....this has been a wonderful experience. They spent time with us, walking us through the new thermostat that they installed....and even helped us set everything up on our phone, through the app. Love that they are family owned. The pride is very evident in all that they do. I would most definitely recommend this company for your future needs!“
